Geoffrey Perselay is responsible for the total operation of CHS and the overall supervision of all corporate and contract site personnel. He is responsible for the organizational performance, strategic planning, business development and client satisfaction. Mr. Perselay has more than 20 years experience working in the public sector having held the positions of Chief of Staff and Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey State Department of Human Services, County Administrator for the County of Hudson and Acting Warden of the Hudson County Correctional Center. Upon leaving the public sector, Mr. Perselay became the Chief Executive Officer of the Charter Behavioral Health System of New Jersey, where he was responsible for the management of a 150-bed hospital system providing both inpatient and outpatient services to those requiring psychiatric and addiction programs. Thereafter, Mr. Perselay founded his own company which specialized in providing governmental relations for companies and management consulting for units of government. He has his B.A. degree from Hobart College and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Perselay has been a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey since 1980.
